Electrosurgical apparatus Kentamed ACTIS-400

KENTAMED ACTIS-400 is an intelligent microprocessor-controlled electrosurgical system designed for a wide range of surgical procedures. This device is ideal for TURP and laparoscopic surgery.

The maximum power of the device in monopolar and bipolar modes is 400 W.

Strong and gentle monopolar coagulation (COAG) is very effective for long-term prevention of recurrent bleeding in gynecological surgeries and other procedures where deep non-carbonizing coagulation is required.

Monopolar modes of the device for electrosurgery:

• Pure CUT – standard cutting without or with low coagulation,

• Blend 1 CUT and Blend 2 CUT – cutting with different levels of coagulation,

• Soft COAG – soft deep non-carbonation coagulation,

• Forced COAG – rapid surface carbonization coagulation,

• Spray COAG – surface coagulation with spraying.

The device can perform bipolar cutting (BiCUT), which in turn has found application in proctology, gynecology and general surgery.

There are three bipolar application modes, each configurable for both cutting and coagulation:

• IN SALINE for cutting and coagulation with resectoscopes and arthroscopes.

• STANDARD for use during open operations.

• LAPARO for laparoscopic operations.

The settings of each mode are saved independently and remain in memory even when the coagulator is turned off. The interface settings programs can be stored in 9 different programs, which allows you to conveniently adapt the device to different surgical requirements.

Thanks to the maximum power of 400 W and 12 modes of operation (6 monopolar and 6 bipolar), the electrosurgical device with ligasure provides an effective effect on tissues. ACTIS-400 has a power failure detection system, reliable self-testing and error processing algorithms.

Scope of application: Any surgical procedure, including open surgery, monopolar and bipolar laparoscopic applications, TURP, arthroscopy, as well as other applications in wet environments.
