The sterilizer based on plasma technology uses the most modern technology of gas-plasma sterilization. Plasma is generated inside the sterilization chamber, which increases the efficiency of the sterilization process and removes residual hydrogen peroxide. At the same time, only water vapor and oxygen are by-products.
The plasma sterilizer is suitable for most heat- and moisture-sensitive surgical instruments made of metal, plastic and rubber. Thanks to short sterilization cycles, the turnover time of surgical instruments is significantly reduced, which is very important in a rapidly changing medical environment.
It has a large 10-inch touch screen. The use of aluminum in the design contributes to better thermal conductivity compared to stainless steel, providing a more even distribution of heat in the sterilization chamber and increased plasma stability, which contributes to improved sterilization efficiency.
All subsystems of the sterilizer work independently and are controlled by the central processor. If one of the subsystems fails, it can be quickly replaced. The sterilizer has a modular design that allows the front cover to be easily removed for most maintenance.
Removable shelves in the sterilization chamber allow you to use the space of the chamber as efficiently as possible when sterilizing both large and small products in one cycle.
