Development of rehabilitation in Ukraine
In Ukraine, 198 rehabilitation departments are organized in cluster and super-cluster medical institutions. Also, 295 and 452 agreements were concluded with the National Health Service of Ukraine for the provision of inpatient and rehabilitation care, respectively, as reported by the director of the department of high-tech care and innovations of the Ministry of Health. Vasyl Strilka noted that the policy of the Ministry of Health envisages the creation of rehabilitation departments in each cluster and supercluster hospital. Currently, such departments operate in 115 out of 198 hospitals.
The development of rehabilitation in Ukraine intensified after 2014, and the full-scale invasion intensified this process. The main role in rehabilitation is played by multidisciplinary teams, which provide patients with 3 hours of rehabilitation every day. Currently, the system can provide rehabilitation assistance to more than 9,000 patients every day.
Loran's arsenal of medical equipment includes many rehabilitation devices, including continuous passive joint motion systems, shock wave lithotripters, pain relief devices, electrotherapy stimulators, and more. This equipment plays an important role in ensuring an effective rehabilitation process.

The first international operation at the Center for Neurosurgery and Surgical Treatment of Epilepsy
Children's neurosurgeons of Lviv removed part of the brain of a 4-year-old patient from Northern Ireland, freeing her from seizures. The family traveled 3,000 km to consult experts at the Center for Neurosurgery and Surgical Treatment of Epilepsy in Lviv. This is the first international operation at this center.
The girl underwent continuous therapy for epilepsy, but the attacks only intensified. Lviv doctors chose a combined approach for the operation, taking into account maximum safety and accuracy. After a successful intervention, the number of seizures decreased by 90%, allowing the child to return home.
It should be noted that the Loran company has a digital operating microscope system for neurosurgery, which can significantly facilitate the work of medical personnel in similar and other cases.
